The Great American Tailgate is the tailgate, reimagined! This ticketed, outdoor event transforms a beloved American tradition into a fun and elevated summer night out. Guests will enjoy creative, chef-driven takes on classic tailgating fare, alongside live music and lawn games that keep the energy high. The Great American Tailgate is a full evening experience, bringing together Philadelphia’s vibrant food scene, cultural energy, and strong sense of community.

A one-of-a-kind outdoor celebration

VIP guests begin the evening with a private reception and exclusive tour of Assembly 2076, followed by premier access to the full tailgate experience.

The evening supports the museum’s newest exhibition series, The Forgotten Freedom: Assembly at 250, and the opening of Assembly 2076, which explores how Americans may gather and engage fifty years into the future.
