What if America’s biggest question in 2076 is not what we believe – but how we come together?

In 2076, the United States will turn 300. By then, the ways Americans gather will look radically different.

We may gather in stadiums, streets, festivals, games, virtual worlds, climate-adapted cities, AI-shaped public squares, and digital spaces owned by companies that decide who gets in, who gets heard, and who disappears from view.

One thing will not change in the future!

People will still need to show up.

That is the heart of 2076: The Future of Free Assembly – a bold, future-facing exhibition from the National Liberty Museum about the next evolution of one of America’s most essential freedoms: the freedom to gather.
