Craft Fair Vendor Information & Application

The National Liberty Museum is excited to welcome vendors to our upcoming Craft Fair in the heart of Old City Philadelphia. This outdoor event offers a wonderful opportunity to showcase handmade goods, connect with visitors, and be part of a lively afternoon in one of the city’s most historic neighborhoods.

We invite interested vendors to review the event details below and complete the application form for consideration.

Located on the sidewalk corridor in the heart of Old City, the event will take place between large neighboring buildings and next to the Ben Franklin Museum.

Vendor Expectations

Please review the following guidelines carefully before applying. These expectations are in place to ensure a smooth, well-organized event for both vendors and visitors, and to help create a positive experience for everyone participating.

Vendor Guidelines:

  • This is an outdoor event.
  • Vendors may begin setup at 2:30 PM.
  • All vendors must be fully checked in by 3:30 PM at the latest.
  • Vendors are responsible for loading in and loading out their own materials.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own point-of-sale system and payment processing.
  • Vendors may only sell approved items to ensure a diverse mix of businesses and crafts.
  • No electricity will be available.
  • Early breakdowns are not permitted.
  • This is a rain-or-shine event.
  • Chairs will be provided free of charge.
  • Tables are available to rent in limited quantities.
  • Vendors may bring their own canopy if desired.
  • Vendors are expected to keep their areas clean and orderly throughout the event.
  • Waivers will be distributed prior to the event.

Vendor Space & Table Options

Vendors may either bring their own table or rent one from the museum, based on availability. A limited number of tables are available in various sizes and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please review the options below when selecting your preferred setup.

Booth / Table Pricing

  • Vendor-provided table: $25
  • 4-foot table: $30 (3 available)
  • 6-foot rectangular table: $35 (14 available)
  • 6-foot round table: $35 (10 available)
  • 8-foot table: $40 (2 available)

Apply to Participate

We are excited to bring together a vibrant mix of artists, makers, and small businesses for this event, and space is limited. To create a well-rounded and engaging experience for all attendees, vendor categories may be reviewed and curated to ensure a thoughtful variety of crafts and offerings throughout the marketplace.

If you are interested in participating, we encourage you to submit your application with as much detail as possible. Sharing information about your products, style, and brand helps us better understand your work and how it contributes to the overall event experience.
