Prohibition: 100 Years

January 17, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

One hundred years ago, Prohibition went into effect across the country. Join the NLM for a night of libations, interactive activities, and learning about life in prohibition era Philly… just don’t tell the Fuzz! We will explore the question of liberty and the government’s impact on both personal and business freedoms. Were bootleggers and speakeasies disobeying the law or resisting unjust inhibiting of liberty?

The National Liberty Museum welcomes visitors to enjoy beer from Flying Fish Brewery and sample spirits from Boardroom Distillery. Activities include a Prohibition era “Murder Mystery” by the Riddlesbrood Theatre Company and Prohibition trivia. To top things off, take part in your own mixology class! All this comes with your ticket price at no extra cost!

Reservations are highly recommended, as tickets may sell out quickly.
Tickets are $35, if you purchase now. Tickets are $45 at the door.
