The NLM is pleased to announce that we are reintroducing our on-site programs for kids and their families. We invite you to join us as we explore the themes of respect, taking action and spreading liberty to others through craft projects, storytelling, and other engaging activities for children of all ages. Please check back often to see new events as they are added.
Take & Do: Make a Peace Portal
Saturday & Sunday, March 27 & March 28, 10am-5pm. Free with Museum admission.
This activity is a combination of an “on-site” and “NLM@Home” project. To mark the opening of our new exhibition, Strength & Fragility: The Story of the NLM, families can pick up a special Take & Do activity bag and put liberty into action at home. Inspired by Ulla Darni’s The Peace Portal, each bag contains instructions and all the materials you need to create your own peace portal. Each kit also comes with our top tips for being an upstander for liberty. Supplies are limited, so book your timed tickets today.
