Workplace Inclusion Training:
a 3-Day Intensive Program for companies/organizations

As a museum dedicated to “liberty,” the National Liberty Museum is uniquely committed and qualified to help companies/organizations achieve their Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) goals. Our 3-day Intensive Program —created from our proprietary curriculum— teaches leadership teams how to develop a Workplace Inclusion program that they can implement immediately upon their return to work. Each participant receives a personalized certificate designating their successful completion of this course.

The upcoming program will be held on May 16, 17 & 18. Learn more and REGISTER TODAY.

GiveBack Workshops

GiveBack Workshops at NLM are a unique way of volunteering and the perfect spark to activate your family’s sense of empathy, respect, and responsibility, the character traits that make someone a true hero of liberty. A different GiveBack Workshop is held once each month on a Saturday morning. You and your children will work together to complete a “make-and-donate” activity specifically designed by the partner organization for that month.

Check our events calendar for all the upcoming GiveBack Workshops –and the organizations with whom we are partnering.

Welcome the Stranger Exhibit

Welcome the Stranger, a one-woman exhibit of cast glass, ceramics, and mixed media by artist Micaela Amateau Amato, will be on display in our GlassAccess Gallery from March 9 - June 9, 2019. This collection of works is Amato's interpretation of modern and historic figures who rose like “superheroes” to accept seemingly impossible challenges of liberty. Shown here are cast glass sculptures of Harriet Tubman and Eleanor Roosevelt.

Liberty Forum: Gun Control

We invite you to join us on Wednesday, May 15 at 7:00pm for the first in this new series that brings attendees from all points of view together. We will discuss the issue of gun control with our Moderator Intersect Alliance, along with invited experts and other participants. Our goal is to provide attendees with the tools needed for moving our conversations on hot button issues, like this, offline and back into human discussions.
