DESCRIPTION:It’s like history class. But with beer.\nRaise a glass to the revolution! Join us on a two-hour\, one-mile walking tour through the heart of Old City. Along the way\, connect with colonial Philadelphians through stories told by our experienced tour guides. The tour begins at the National Liberty Museum with a beer tasting. After the tasting\, visit sites near Independence Hall\, Independence Beer Garden (drinks included!)\, City Tavern\, and more. The tour ends at Man Full of Trouble Tavern\, a bar operating in the oldest standing tavern building in Philadelphia.  \n  \n  \nTICKETS\n$34 Includes tour and one complimentary beer.   \n$10 for National Liberty Museum Members \nKNOW BEFORE YOU GO\nThe tour is just over one mile of walking on mostly flat terrain\, including a few paths with cobblestones. The walking portion of the tour is approximately 90 minutes. The path follows accessible sidewalks and will utilize curb cuts. \nThe tour will end at Man Full of Trouble Tavern\, where visitors can stay as long as they wish until closing time. \nBathrooms are available at the start and end of the tour. The museum will not be accessible at the end of the tour and participants should not plan on returning to the museum after the tour. \nTavern Tours will be held rain or shine\, please dress appropriately to be walking around outside and for the forecasted weather. In the event of extreme weather\, all decisions for cancelling tours are made 24 hours in advance based on forecasts. Refunds will be issued if the tours are cancelled or participants can reschedule their ticket to a later date. \nPurchased a ticket and need to move your tour date? Contact the museum at 215-925-2800 or tours@libertymuseum.org before your tour date to make any changes. \nBECOME AN NLM MEMBER TODAY\nand receive discounted admission to Third Thursday events for an entire year! \nAce level members have access to 1 discounted ticket per event \nAlly and Advocate level members have access to 2 discounted tickets per event \nAmbassador level members have access to 4 discounted tickets per event \n
