Liberty Forum: Labor and Birth Rights in Modern Medicine
October 23, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
In the current climate of discourse and hot button issues, we often find ourselves commenting back and forth online or merely being caught in our own echo chambers. It is our goal at the Liberty Museum to break through these barriers and bring people together for face-to-face meaningful interactions. In partnership with Intersekt Alliance, we hope to provide attendees the tools and discourse that allow for finding the middle ground and moving our conversations offline and back into human discussions.
In this Forum, we invite you to learn about your rights when it comes to labor and birth. As shifts and procedures in modern medicine occur, it can be difficult to navigate labor and the journey to becoming a parent. A panel of experts will be on hand to provide the tools you need to be an advocate for yourself.
This event is supported by donations. We welcome your gift when you join us.
