Supporting Our Work

When you support the National Liberty Museum, you join us in our work to defuse violence and prejudice in our schools, our community and our world. Each year approximately 70,000 children, families, teachers, community members and other visitors walk through our doors. Your contribution helps us provide our unique collection of interactives, dioramas and art that teach peaceful conflict resolution, respect for diversity, and the responsibilities of freedom.

The Museum also offers a wide range of programs, including outreach activities, educational opportunities and special events. The Museum is committed to serving all members of our community, including those who would be unable to cover the cost on their own. All of our offerings to the public — from the Museum’s school tours to the state accredited courses of our Teacher Training Workshops — are subsidized through the generous support of individuals, corporations and foundations.

We are deeply grateful for the donations we receive and are careful stewards of your support — 88% of our funding is directly applied to the operations and programs of the Museum.

To find out how you can get involved, please call our development office at 215-925-2800, ext. 116 or email liberty@libertymuseum.org.

The National Liberty Museum is a non-profit institution. Confirmation of your tax deductible contribution will be sent to you upon receipt.
