Cost: $8 per Girl Scout, $5 per adult.

Minimum participation: 10 Girl Scouts for each program.

Fee includes Museum visit, special program and craft activity, which qualify the scout for a particular badge. If you do not have the required 10 Girl Scout minimum, watch for "Event Dates" for each badge program. These are days throughout the year when multiple troops will have the opportunity to participate together. Please note that badge distribution is the sole responsibility of the scout troop leader. Daisy Program: Make the World a Better Place

You can make the world a better place! Through a guided tour, Daisies will earn the "Pink Petal" by discovering everyday ways to make a difference. Fun, interactive exhibits, like the Jellybean Children, inspire girls to see the sweetness in us all.

Brownie Program: Citizens Near and Far

How can you do good deeds for your community, our country, and the world? A museum educator will help you learn all about what it means to be a model citizen. You'll meet heroes from all backgrounds, find new ways to help everybody get along, and vote on things that matter to you.

Brownie Program: Working It Out

How do you deal with teasing, bullying or other problems? Learn some good ways to solve problems so that you can always feel safe and strong. Use our giant Shredder exhibit to destroy hurtful and harmful words. Then, let our Jellybean Children sculpture inspire you to work out problems and make new friends.

Junior Program: Model Citizen

When you are able to vote for a President, what will be important to you? Learn what it means to be a good citizen and make good choices. Discuss the rights and responsibilities that come with freedom and what it means to be a global citizen. Then use our Voting Machines to exercise your rights.

Junior Program: Celebrating People

Because our nation has welcomed immigrants from all over the world, people in the United States speak many different languages and have many different customs and values. These differences make us unique, both as individuals and as members of our society. In this badge program, girl scouts will explore the National Liberty Museum's exhibits and interactives with a focus on our nation's diversity and the advantages it affords us. Your troop will also discuss the importance of accepting everyone for who they are, including those with physical and cognitive challenges.

Junior Program: It's Important To Me

Want to strive for peace, help others or stand-up against unfairness? Through accomplished women's stories, a museum educator will help you explore the importance of standing up for what you believe in, as well as, defining your values.

Cadette Program: Peaceful Solutions to Conflict

How do you resolve conflicts, such as teasing, bullying or other problems? In this program, you will discuss possible solutions to conflicts and gain tools in preventing them, while improving your communication and leadership skills.
