The Museum offers badge programs for Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts of all age levels. All badge programs are designed to fit the requirements for earning badges as outlined by the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania and the Boy Scouts of America. The National Liberty Museum has been working with scouts for several years. In 2007, the National Liberty Museum received the Partners in Girl Scouting Award "For Outstanding Support of Girl Scouts of Southeastern Pennsylvania."
