is the centerpiece of the National Liberty Museum. Created by
world-renowned artist Dale Chihuly, it is a tribute to people

shows the boldness bigots display when they claim that the freedom
of speech gives them the right to slander others. This sculpture

In this dramatic structure created from glass
and stone, Philadelphia artist Ray King reminds visitors that any
goal is attainable when it is rooted in a noble purpose. This
sculpture is featured in the second floor stairway at the base of
the "September 11 Heroes" exhibit.

artist Maurice Gareau traces the roots of our democracy to the

to come to America. Created from 300 pounds of the purest fiber
optic crystal, it is a perfect reminder that liberty, like glass,

Constructed of iron and glass, this 10-foot
canopy introduces visitors to the beauty of glass and represents
the delicate balance of life, where opposite elements, like glass
and iron, come together to form a harmonious creation. This
sculpture is featured in "Let Freedom Ring."

Climb of the Courageous
The first sculpture visitors see upon entering
the Museum, the 12-foot Climb of the Courageous represents the
underlying theme of the Museum's mission: When people stand up for
what they believe in - and reach out to help others - there is no
limit to what they can achieve or what heights they can reach.
Twin Towers
This perfect, 3-foot crystal replica of the Twin Towers by Peter Yenawine inspires visitors to see the strength and endurance of liberty despite the tragic event which toppled these structures. The Twin Towers is sponsored by Sovereign Bank. It is located in the Museum's reception area.
